The Training Plan covers a season or a whole year, with the objective of preparing the triathlete - as best as possible - for a specific A Race (seasonal) or with a longer point of view, covering various years and events (year). On a weekly basis, the triathlete will get an updated Training Plan with workouts for the coming 14 days; based on feedback from the previous week, the Training Plan is reviewed and updated.
The Training Program covers a season or a whole year, and its main objective is to prepare runners and/or swimmers – as best as possible – for key events that are of interest for the athlete. On a quarterly basis, the athlete will get a Training Plan with workouts for – at least – the next 3 months; in the event that a key event is farther out, the Training Plan will cover more time.
The Training Plan will have variable duration based on specific needs and training evolution of the interested swimmer and/or runner. More than targeting a specific event, this Training Program focuses on improving technique and building a solid base upon which to develop endurance.
